Hi Jan, Evernote is first and formost a note-taking app. It can do to-do lists, but it does not do them very well and it is never very clear about what needs doing next.

I prefer to use apps for what they were designed to do. So for me Todoist is a fantastic to-do list manager and Evernote is a fantastic note-taking app. As I can easily link notes to tasks between these two apps, I feel I get the best of both apps.
