I was just skimming though my projects, not paying much attention to what was in each project. I also wasn’t looking at each project and asking “how can I move this project forward?” this was causing some projects to stall. I realised it was important to make sure that the ‘next action’ was a really the next action. If is not, then it is important to think carefully about how to move the project forward.

After the session with David Allen, I realised that doing the weekly review meant total focus and to ask that important question: “how can I move this project forward”.
